SHIPPING TIMES 

Subject to stock availability, almost all orders received before 12:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped the same day via the requested method. We reserve the right to use an alternative shipping carrier (such as FedEx, USPS, etc) with a comparable (or better) delivery time-frame.

Most kayaks and canoes will ship within two business days after your order is received in order for us to prepare your boat for shipment, and for coordination with the appropriate trucking company serving your area.

Once you've purchased your kayak or canoe, an NOC representative will contact you regarding your shipping options. Your shipping cost will be determined by your geographical location. Other cost factors include local delivery options such as: terminal pick-up, commercial delivery, or residential delivery.

Note: Because NOC has operations in NC, TN, SC, and GA, you will be required to pay the local and state tax rate for your area. North Carolina has a unique 3% tax rate just for boats. This is not an additional tax, the 3% tax is all you pay for either pick-up here at NOC or delivery in NC.

NOC's close proximity to several Southeastern kayak/canoe manufacturers (Jackson, Dagger, Pyranha), makes us better able to get you the make, model, size, and color of boat you prefer in a reasonable time frame. Just let us know what you're looking for.

Note: We do our best to stock as many makes, models, sizes, and colors of the kayaks and gear we offer. However, there might be some occasions where the specific item you've ordered is not in stock. If we are out of an item you have ordered, we will contact you with the estimated availability/delivery time, comparable product styles/colors, or refund the full amount of your purchase.

Your satisfaction is our number one goal. NOC will exchange unused items in resellable condition within 30 days of purchase. We will replace the product or refund your money, whichever you prefer. Hopefully we can find something you like better! No restocking fees, no hassle. A receipt is required for refunds or exchanges, so please include proof of purchase with your return.



FOOTWEAR

Footwear will be accepted for exchange or return only if unworn.
You have purchased a pair of fine quality footwear. To be sure you are happy with them, we recommend that you first wear them on a carpeted surface so you will be confident of a comfortable fit.  NOC honors all vendor warranties and defective footwear will be accepted for repair or exchange if accompanied by a receipt. However, if shoes are used and cannot be resold, we cannot honor a refund or exchange unless defective or vendor warranties apply. Most of our shoes are designed for camping, trail running, and hiking. If such shoes are used for construction work, farming, concrete work, etc. they will not be repaired or replaced.
