Mad River Canoe Mad River White Marine-Tex Roylex Repair Resin
DESCRIPTION
This two-part epoxy structral repair resin is effective for repair of ABS Royalex canoes as well as composite canoes and kayaks. It cures to a hard finish athat can be sanded and faired into the hull by sanding. It can be used by itself to repair scratches, gouges, and chips or with Kevlar or fiberglass cloth to repair tears or cracks in hulls.
Additional Materials/Tools required (You may need additional materials for specific repairs)- Clean mixing surface (sheet of cardboard recommended)
- Mixing stick(s)
- Flexible Spreaders (assorted widths depending on nature of damage being repaired)
- Dentured alcohol
- Disposable gloves (multiple pairs may be required)
- Fine grit sandpaper (depending on nature of repair may also need medium grit)
- Rags
- Plastic Wrap (brand name preferred over generic, usually provides better results)
